1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using fulldeck.games (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms.
3. Your Account
To host games you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload or share content that is defamatory, hateful, obscene, or harmful
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission
- Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights
5. User Content
You retain ownership of question sets, questions, and other content you create ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Full Deck and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Deck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
